Bardic Flow

Some tables need a sound desk. Others need a conductor.

Bardic Flow is for the bards who prepare the exact timing of their sounds before the session: when the storm rises, when the bell tolls, how long the silence lasts before the dragon answers.

At the table, the chapter runs down your phone like a golden wire. Every sound waits on it and lights up when its moment comes, so you always see what is next. You only tap Go at the gates.

1

Shape the Flow on a computerIn the Flow editor, lay the sounds of each chapter on steps, up to three side by side. Set when each one starts, how long it lasts, its fades and its volume, and where the story waits for you.

2

Forge a .bardic-flowA .bardic file with its timing inside. Any .bardic works as a start: it gets a first Flow, ready to refine.

Follow the wire at the tableOn your phone held upright, the steps follow on their own. Pause everything, fade out a sound with a tap, open the soundbox for a sudden critical hit.
